Fried Noodles Thai Style

(Pat Thai)

Ingredients :

100 g                   narrow rice noodles
50 g                    sliced pork, chicken small strips, prawns or seafood
50 g                    hard or firm tofu

1/3 cup                chives or spring onion , cut into 1 inch lengths
? Tbsp                sugar
1 Tbsp                 fish sauce
2 –3 Tbsp             oyster sauce
1                         egg
30  g                   bean sprouts  or cabbage
1  Tbsp                chopped garlic
3  Tbsp                water


Method :

  1. Fry tofu on medium heat until golden-brown color.
  2. Add garlic with pork or chicken. When it is almost cooked add beaten egg on  high heat.
  3. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce,sugar and water than mixed well.
  4. Add noodles and cook the noodles until  done.
  5. Add bean sprouts and chives or spring onions, turn the heat off.

Add some ground peanuts,chili powder,red dried shrimp
and lime juice to create your favorite taste.
