Ingredients :
100 g narrow rice noodles
50 g sliced pork, chicken small strips, prawns or seafood
50 g hard or firm tofu
1/3 cup chives or spring onion , cut into 1 inch lengths
? Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 –3 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 egg
30 g bean sprouts or cabbage
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
3 Tbsp water
Method :
- Fry tofu on medium heat until golden-brown color.
- Add garlic with pork or chicken. When it is almost cooked add beaten egg on high heat.
- Add fish sauce, oyster sauce,sugar and water than mixed well.
- Add noodles and cook the noodles until done.
- Add bean sprouts and chives or spring onions, turn the heat off.
Add some ground peanuts,chili powder,red dried shrimp
and lime juice to create your favorite taste. |
